How long will my consultation call take?

Our marketing consultation calls take anywhere between 5 to 45 minutes. It depends on how many questions you may have. Most business owners have done their research and know what they want, so the calls are short and straight to the point. Others may need more information. Either way, we will provide the time necessary to make sure that you are satisfied.

Will I be pressured to use your services?

Not at all. We don’t pressure anybody. We have plenty of clients that are taking advantage of our growth services. Either we are the right fit for your business, or we’re not. We’re in the business of helping you grow yours – we specialize in brand building and revenue generation, so if it doesn’t make money, it doesn’t make sense.

What if I don’t know which services I want or need?

No worries, we will help you decide what the best strategy is for your business. We have plenty of experience with small businesses in small towns or medium-sized businesses in large cities. That’s one of the main reasons we provide a marketing consultation.

What happens after the call?

If you decide that you want us to be a marketing partner for your business, we will send you a written proposal/agreement for you to sign. Once we receive the paperwork and payment, you will receive an onboarding form to fill out. As soon as we get back the form, our team will go to work immediately.

Do you require long-term contracts?

Nope. We don’t like being locked into a long-term contract, so we don’t require that from our clients. But for most of our services, we do ask for a minimum 3-month commitment to see results. You can cancel anytime. We will continue to provide services till the end of the current month, and you will not be charged for the following month.

How will I know what’s being done for my business?

We will provide you with access to our project management system, where you can log in, see tasks completed, comment, and receive notifications. We will also send you easy-to-understand monthly reports to see the big picture. Plus, we provide an open communication channel with all of our clients.
